Datto Autotask Integration
Integration Description
Datto Autotask syncs companies, company types, statuses, and configurations into Strategy Overview every night. Configurations sort into Flexible Item Groups by device type on arrival, so every asset is ready to grade, budget, and put on a roadmap. Contacts and tickets are not part of this integration today.
What Syncs from Autotask
- Companies Every Autotask company you choose to import, ready for Assessments, roadmaps, and budgets.
- Company Types Mapped during setup so clients, prospects, and vendors stay sorted the way Autotask has them.
- Company Statuses Active and inactive statuses carry over, so the client list in Strategy Overview matches your PSA.
- Configurations Devices auto-sort into Flexible Item Groups by type. Age is calculated from purchase dates; SmartOS and SmartMemory normalize OS and RAM strings.
Sync Interval
Data syncs nightly. Contacts, Markets, and tickets are not synced. Autotask User-Defined Fields marked Protected are invisible to the API; uncheck Protected on any UDF you want to sync.
