Office 365 Integration
Integration Description
The Office 365 integration connects each client's Microsoft 365 tenant and brings users, license assignments, MFA status, and last sign-in dates into Strategy Overview. It is entirely read-only, so nothing is ever changed in your clients' tenants.
What Syncs from Office 365
- Users & Licenses Every licensed user, with license types and counts
- MFA Status Multi-factor registration status for each user
- Last Sign-In When each licensed account was last used (requires Azure P1 or higher)
Sync Interval
Data syncs nightly unless you force a sync. Connected once per client tenant, and read-only: Strategy Overview never writes to Microsoft 365.
