Integration Description
Syncro syncs companies, company statuses, configurations, and contacts into Strategy Overview every night. Configurations sort into Flexible Item Groups by device type on arrival, so every asset is ready to grade, budget, and put on a roadmap the moment the first sync finishes.
What Syncs from Syncro
- Companies Every Syncro customer you choose to import, ready for Assessments, roadmaps, and budgets. Company types arrive attached to the companies.
- Company Statuses Active and inactive statuses carry over, so the client list matches Syncro.
- Configurations Assets auto-sort into Flexible Item Groups by type. Age is calculated from purchase dates; SmartOS and SmartMemory normalize OS and RAM strings.
- Contacts Client contacts sync in, so the white-labeled portal knows who it is talking to.
Sync Interval
Data syncs nightly. Company Types are not mapped as a separate object, and Markets and ticket sync are not supported. The Syncro API token needs permissions on Assets, Customers, Vendors, and Warranties.
