Integration Description
Kaseya BMS syncs companies, company types, statuses, configurations, and contacts into Strategy Overview every night. Product IDs auto-map, custom fields from the Physical assets module come along, and configurations sort into Flexible Item Groups so every asset is ready to grade, budget, and put on a roadmap.
What Syncs from Kaseya BMS
- Companies Every BMS company you choose to import, ready for Assessments, roadmaps, and budgets.
- Company Types Mapped during setup so clients, prospects, and vendors stay sorted the way BMS has them.
- Company Statuses Active and inactive statuses carry over, so the client list matches your PSA.
- Configurations Devices auto-sort into Flexible Item Groups by type, with custom fields from the Physical assets module. Age is calculated from purchase dates; SmartOS and SmartMemory normalize OS and RAM strings.
- Contacts Client contacts sync in, so the white-labeled portal and Office 365 user views know who they are talking to.
Sync Interval
Data syncs nightly. Markets and ticket sync are not supported for BMS today. Custom fields must live under the Physical assets module in BMS to be available to the integration.
